DAI & Co.
DAI&Co.
DAI&Co. is an abbreviation for DAIFUJIWARA AND COMPANY.
Dai Fujiwara's activities overlap with the history of DAI&Co.
We are happy to be able to share information about his works. DAI&Co. is active in two businesses: DDI, the design and consulting division, and HOUSE, the division that operates SKYBOAT. DAI&Co. accumulates a variety of experiences over time, just like a stonemason stacking stones.

COLOUR HUNTING

BOOK
COLOR-HUNTING / Bilingual, J/E
ISBN-10 4990528131

A Study of the Correspondence between Color and Meaning.
Visualization of Human Nature.
21_21 Design Sight Exhibition
COLOR-HUNTING
Dai continues to create and collect colours in various ways. His works consist of observations and collections of colours related to people, nature and everyday events.
He creates colours on the spot using watercolours, or collects colours using commercially available colour samples or digital colour chips.
They become complex information icons that include human senses such as light, sound, smell, temperature, human thoughts and attitudes. It is important to record the colours he finds at the same time in both digital and physical forms. This information is ultimately converted into electronic space, creating a natural space that only humans can understand. This is an activity that studies the correspondence between colour and meaning, and has the potential to visualise human nature through colour space.
